A 24 yrs old youth ended his life as was found hanging to a tree under the jurisdiction area of police station Boilueganj at village Darada near Shimla this morning, confirmed a police official.
The deceased identified Lalit Kumar son of Surinder Singh village Darada took this extreme step by hanging himself to a tree in front of his house. The body of deceased was seen by a family member at 0700 hrs Saturday morning. On information from them police rushed to the spot and took the body in their possession and sent it to IGMC hospital for the postmortem.
Police have registered a case of suicide and the autopsy report is awaited. No suicide note was recovered by the police so far.
