An Earthquake measuring 3.60 magnitudes jolted the Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh this morning, informed the Indian Meteorological department spokesperson in a press release issued here today. The earthquake was recorded at 7.46 am on Friday, having an epicentre in the hills of Chamba district at a latitude of 32.71 degrees east and latitude of 77.46 degrees North and five km deep and 198 km away from Shimla, the state capital. It was felt by people, but no loss of property and life was reported.
