Ailing HP CM shifts to AIIMS from IGMC
Shimla, Oct 27
Himachal Pradesh Chief minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu was shifted to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi this morning from Indira Gandhi Medical College Hospital.
Spokesperson of the Government confirmed that Himachal Pradesh Chief minister left to Delhi for some routine check ups. As it has been stated earlier that Sukhu was hospitalized on Thursday morning after stomach pain and was admitted in Gastrilogy unit of IGMC&H here since yesterday.
According to the medical officials Sukhu was shifted from IGMC to his residence Oak Over at 0830 hrs.
He was rushed to AIIMS from Annandale ground in a Helicopter. No health bulletin was issued today about the discharge of Chief minister from IGMC.
Sukhu complained of stomach pain on Wednesday midnight and was rushed to IGMC around 0100 hrs on Thursday.
According to the medical bulltein issued by the IGMC yesterday said that Sukhu is out of danger but he was under medical supervision at IGMC.
According to the medical bulltein he was rushed to hospital after sudden illness of Himachal Pradesh. His examination was completed at Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital and tests like ultrasound etc. were also done.
“In the investigation of the Chief Minister, stomach related infection has been found. And his condition remains normal.” Sr MS said.
A six member senior doctor panel of Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital administration is continuously was keeping watch on his ailment.
