The State Capital witnessed heavy monsoon downpour previous night affecting vehicular traffic in the thickly populated suburb Vikasnagar a police official confirmed.
State capital witnessed heavy rainfall last night also triggered a landslide and a trees near the petrol pump in Vikas Nagar came down on the bypass road.
Similarly another landslide on the Mehli – Junga road near bells Institute was also affected the vehicular traffic.
Restoration teams were deployed by Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department and Forest Department two reopen the roads .
