Bilaspur Congress leader Ram Lal Thakur attacked BJP MP Anurag Thakur for forcibly taking over Lahuno ground for HPCA, he was speaking on the occasion of celebration of completion of two years of Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu government.
Ram Lal Thakur demanded from Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi and other ministers that all the revenue entries of Bilaspur ground should be transferred to the government as soon as possible.
“It should not happen that just like HPCA has grabbed other grounds, HPCA should not grab this ground also.” he demanded.
He said that this ground belongs to the youth of Bilaspur and its land should be in the name of the state government so that all the youth of the state can take advantage of it.
He has also appealed to the Congress high command to put pressure on the state government on this issue.
By raising this issue openly, Ram Lal Thakur has in a way called upon his government to wake up. Along with this, he has called upon to stop the intentions of HPCA and has declared to start a new battle.
It is said that there has been a long-standing nexus between and Anurag Thakur and his father Prem Kumar Dhumal’s family to grab the prime properties for the HPCA.
On this occasion, Ram Lal Thakur said that the Congress leaders who have cheated in the assembly and Lok Sabha elections are busy making arrangements to jump back into power and enjoy it.
Refering defection by six Congress former MLA he cautioned that such a deceptive leaders are trying to come back to Congress and some people in the party and government are also giving them preference.
He warned the government and the organization to be cautious of such people and the party workers should be respected.
