Shimla, May 14,
A week after the esteemed presence of the President of India, Dropadi Murmu at the Rashtrapati Bhawan in Shimla the gates are now open for public to come experience the floral symphony that unfolds in hues of crimson and gold here. Situated in the majestic hills of Shimla the legendary Tulip Garden of this estate steals the spotlight. As the sun casts its golden rays upon this botanical marvel, visitors are transported to a realm of ethereal beauty and timeless charm in this place.
Amidst this tapestry of greenery, lie hidden treasures awaiting discovery – from the tranquil Kalyani to the lofty Helipad, each nook bespeaks of an illustrious past and promises an enchanting sojourn amidst the oak trees.
” Rashtrapati Bhavan extends an invitation to wanderers and enthusiasts alike, beckoning them to immerse themselves in its historic allure,” informed a spokesperson. The verdant outdoor expanse of the Retreat, in the quaint enclave of Mashobra, unfurls its gates to welcome eager visitors, they added. With anticipation tingling in the crisp mountain air, enthusiasts can secure their coveted slots for the forthcoming nine days, except May 20th and 23rd, a stipulation set forth by the custodians of this regal estate. Advance bookings are facilitated through the official Rashtrapati Niwas website. But, to be more inclusive, the gates are opened to everyone, with a limit of thirty people per group. This way, everyone can have a close and enjoyable experience, they added.
Noteworthy that since its inception last year, this initiative has garnered acclaim for its commitment to fostering a spirit of accessibility and engagement. Visitors, whether solitary seekers or spirited groups of scholars, are afforded the opportunity to chart their own course through this veritable oasis of tranquility.
Whether by road, air, or rail, the journey to this storied enclave is but a prelude to the myriad wonders that awaits within its hallowed confines.
