Shimla, Sept 30,
Former Deputy Mayor Tikender Panwar has expressed strong resentment over the disregard for public space rules by politicians, particularly ministers and VIPs, who continue to park their vehicles on the Ridge ground in Shimla.
He pointed out that, despite repeated Himachal Pradesh High Court orders barring any activity on the Ridge Water Tank, some continue to flout these restrictions. Panwar emphasized that even the vehicles of the Chief Minister and Governor are parked beyond the core area of the Ridge, highlighting the blatant elitism shown by certain officials.
He called on Shimla residents to come forward and hold these ministers accountable for their actions.
