Maximum temperature of Una recorded 42 degrees and Monsoon activities remain subdued in the state stated the Indian Meteorological Department officer here today.
Incharge of Shimla Met Office Manmohan Singh said that Maximum temperature of Una was 42 degrees, and seven degrees above normal.
Maximum temperature of Bilaspur was 37 .5 degree Celsius today, Kangra 37 degrees , Bhuntar in Kullu 36.2 degrees and Hamirpur 35.5 degrees, Sundernagar and Mandi 35.3 degrees, Chamba 34.8 degrees, Nahan 34 degrees, Solan 34.5 degrees, Dharamshala in Kangra 31.6 degrees,
Manali 29 degrees, Shimla 27.2 degrees, Kalpa in Kinnuar 26.5 degrees, Dalhousie 23.7 degrees and Keylong 23.9 degrees respectively.
Sundernagar recorded 38 mm rain, Joginder Nagar had 35 mm Kufri in Shimla 25 mm, Gohar in Mandi 19 mm and Solan 16 mm. Chamba 14 mm, Mandi nine mm, Fagu four mm, Pandoh and Bejllhi in Mandi three mm and Nahan two mm.
The Met Office said that Monsoon activities would be resumed in some places in next 24 hrs as rain and thunder showers are likely to occur in many places in the mid and few places in the foot hills and high reaches of the state.
