Shimla, July 19
As many as 616 cases of Coronavirus were traced on Tuesday in Himachal Pradesh increasing number of active cases to 2939, state government spokesperson confirmed.
No one succumbed due to Covid and death toll remained 4129 in the state. Today 616 new cases traced including 184 in Kangra, 91 in Shimla, 89 Mandi, 59 Chamba and 48 in Sirmour and Hamirpur 38 district.
It is first time during the 4th wave, when new cases went up above 600 mark. As many as 322 people recovered today and total positive 291086 in the state.
Daily positivity rate of Covid pandemic gone up 12.1 percent which is less than yesterday (15 pc ).
