Bilaspur Minor Rape Case: Juvenile detained as tension grips Kalol Village

Tension ran high in village Kalol under Bilaspur district today after a horrific incident of rape involving a five-year-old girl came to light. The accused, identified as a 15-year-old juvenile, has been detained by the police and would be produced before the competent court today.
According to a complaint filed by the victim’s father a minor accused has been identified, who allegedly committed the crime against his young daughter.
The incident has sparked outrage among the local population, who have gathered at the village to express their anger over the rising trend of juvenile involvement in heinous crimes.
Following the complaint, law enforcement agencies swung into action. The minor victim was immediately rushed for a medical examination, which was conducted in the presence of her parents to ensure transparency and legal compliance.

Following standard procedure, the juvenile accused was also taken into custody and subjected to a medical examination to gather forensic evidence.
Given the sensitivity of the case and the volatile law and order situation, the district administration has deployed a heavy police force in the area. Authorities are engaging with community leaders to pacify the agitated mob and prevent any untoward incident.
“The situation is under control but tense. The juvenile would be presented before the competent court today, where further course of action would be decided,” a senior administration official stated.
