The Himachal Pradesh Secretary General Administeration (GAD) today terminated all extensions and re employments agreed and operative since previous BJP government however no such arrangement was terminated in medical Colleges of the state.
After formally taking over the charge of Goverment Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu directed these steps to be complied with immediate effect. A notification issued by Secretary GAD here today said that all extensions or re – employments agreed and operative, be terminated forthwith except for Government Medical Colleges.
Beside this all decisions taken by previous council of ministers since April, 1, 2022 would be reviewed. All institutions for which notifications for creation or up-gradation have been issued, be de-notified. The directions issued here today said that Administrative departments may put up for fresh consideration of the Cabinet, such proposals which are justified.
Appointments of Chairman, Vice – Chairman and nominated Members in Boards and Corporations, Cooperative Institutions and other Committees including Temple Committees and ULBS be terminated forthwith. All recruitment processes underway in Departments, Boards, Corporations and autonomous bodies of the State Government, including Public Universities, except those being undertaken through the HP Public Service Commission and HP Subordinate Services Selection Board, be kept in abayence. This would however not apply to the recruitments being made for Medical colleges and other institutions of Health Department.
Order of Status quo to be maintained in respect of those transfer orders which are unimplemented.
