In a recent incident in Village Ghyal of Bilaspur district, a Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) bus carrying approximately 25 passengers veered off the road, causing injuries to ten individuals. Emergency services, including the District Emergency Response Centre, swiftly responded to the scene, ensuring the injured received prompt medical attention.
Seven of the injured were transported to AIIMS Bilaspur for urgent care, while the remaining three received treatment at CHC Markand. Fortunately, no lives were lost in the accident, but it served as a sobering reminder of the importance of road safety measures.
