Shimla, Dec 13
Vikramaditya Singh son of former late Chief Minister Virbhdra Singh was issued non-bailable warrant by a Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate court of Udaipur in Rajasthan on a criminal case lodged, by his estranged wife Sudarshana Chundawat.
The matter was fixed before ACJM district court, Udaipur tomorrow for Services of NBW. Criminal case was lodged by the spouse of the MLA from Shimla rural on October 17 under section 12 of domestic act. The matter was also listed for hearing on November 17, 2022. Court had fixed the hearing in the mater tomorrow for Service of NBW. Vikramaditya Singh and other are made accused in the criminal cases.
It is worthwhile to mention that Vikramaditya Singh solemnised marriage with the scion of Mayward royal dynasty Rajkumari Sudarshana Chundawat. Last time, it was during the time of death of former Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, that Sundarshana Chundawat was seen with her in-laws.
Reacting to NBW issued by the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Udaipur Rajasthan in the family dispute , Vikramaditya Singh rebutted that this is a well-planned conspiracy to harm him politically. http ://Conspiracy to cause political harm, all allegations false, will answer in court: Vikramaditya Singh https://himachalscape.com/conspiracy-to-cause-political-harm-all-allegations-false-will-answer-in-court-vikramaditya-singh/
He said that all the allegations are false, the reply of which would be filed before the court. He condemned the said development stating that it has been exposed only during elections to cause political damage, while it is a family matter, which is still pending in the court. Refusing the issue of non-bailable warrants, he said it was a legal process.
Look for Vikramditya Singh response on the matter below
