Shimla, June 20
A fire broke out this morning in a transformer located at U.S.Club of Shimla. It also gutted an office adjacent to the main road in the capital town. Though later the fire was brought under control. State Disaster management authority spokesperson confirmed that the fire engulfed an office of the electricity board. The fire broke out from the transformer attached to the electrical office which turned into a cloud of smoke suddenly. Fire engines and brigade personnel and police personnel however, controlled the fire, later. Though above the transformer, office and store rooms have been burnt. While no casualties have been reported so far. Urban Development Minister Shri Suresh Bhardwaj visited the spot .
