A Sweltering heatwave has sizzled mercury about two to three degrees above normal in Himachal Pradesh on Wednesday.
Neri in Hamirpur recorded warmest in the state recorded 42 degrees on Tuesday. It was 41.7 degrees on Wednesday. Noteworthy that since last three days Mercury is soaring here above 40 degrees and Bilaspur was 40.2 degrees.
This capital town was 27.5 degrees highest of this season and three degrees above normal, tourist favourite Manali 27 degrees, Keylong in Lahaul Spiti district 19.3, Kufri 21.9, Narkanda 20 and Kalpa 23.3 degrees each. Dharmshala 32.9, Kangra 36.7, Solan 33.3, Chamba 36.3, Mandi 36.6, Bhuntar 34.2 and Jubberhati airport 30.3, Mandi 36.6 and Hamirpur 35.3 respectively.
