Two kids drown in water tank in Lahaul

Shimla/Lahaul, Jul 21
In a tragic incident, two children of migrant labourers drowned while bathing in a water tank near the Army camp at Dalang in Lahaul, Himachal Pradesh on Sunday.
According to police, the parents of the children were working in nearby fields when three children entered the tank to bathe. Unfortunately, two of them drowned while the third managed to escape.
On receiving information, the police rushed to the spot and recovered the bodies. DSP Keylong Rashmi Sharma stated that the bodies were handed over to the family after post-mortem.
