Lamba alleged that after the controversy of the appointment, they (the State government) are finding ways to postpone the oath-taking ceremony. The oath ceremony was scheduled to be held at the Raj Bhawan this morning at 1030 hours, which was postponed as both CM and Governor, were told to have been busy.
Lamba stated that the ruling BJP, fearing losing the oncoming assembly polls, has started adjusting their near and dears on plum posts. ” Apne chehto mai rebardi batne lagi hai, ” the Congress leader tweeted.
Earlier, on Wednesday, a notification was issued by Chief Secretary RD Dhiman, appointing three members of the Commission, and Dr Rachna Gupta, as Chairperson.
