Education minister, DGP congratulate Shimla Police for Safe recovery of missing school students
Shimla, Aug 10,
Education Minister Rohit Thakur praised the Shimla Police for safely locating three missing school students from a private school in Shimla and congratulated them on this success.
The Education Minister said that within 24 hours, the Shimla Police managed to find all three missing children safe and sound. Senior Superintendent of Police Shimla, Sanjeev Gandhi, and his investigation team did an excellent job.
Also DGP Himachal police stated, “Congratulations to SSP Shimla and the entire Shimla Police team for theirdedication and hard work.” Adding that, “this success reflects the new face of Himachal Pradesh Police,where every rank works together to deliver swift and effective results,” said Ashok Tewari,IPS, DGP Himachal Prades
Noteworthy that showing promptness in the matter, the Shimla Police formed multiple teams, moved the investigation in the right direction, and successfully traced the children.
The Education Minister also congratulated the parents of the children. He said that the parents had full faith in the state government and the Shimla Police.
It is worthwhile to mention that three BCS students who are out of their hostel on Saturday mysteriously went missing from the Mall road.
