FIR lodged in Traffic Inspector paper leak case
Shimla/Hamirpur, March 22
A special Investigation team probing, various recruitment scandals occurred during former BJP government today lodged an FIR regarding the alleged paper leak case of traffic inspectors in Himachal Subordinate Staff Selection Commission 2020, informed a SIT official.
The SV& ACB has today registered a case in Vigilance police station of Hamirpur regarding paper leak of traffic inspectors recruitment examination. No arrest has been made so far, but it has been claimed by Vigilance that there is strong evidence of paper leak.
According to investigation sleauth application was invited for recruitment of six posts of traffic inspector on September 21, 2020, by the then Jairam government. In the examination total 35053 youths had applied for these posts.
After the completion of the interview and the rest of the process, the result was declared on January 28, 2022 and six people were selected. The vigilance probe has revealed that one of these six selected inspectors was either involved in paper leak or was taught paper.
Investigation didn’t not reveal anything about alleged transaction of money in the paper leak. According to state government as many as 18 papers conducted by the commission shockingly involved massive paper leaks.
