The decision was taken in light of a meeting held with Speaker Vidhan Sabha on March 1. According to a press release issued by the Vidhan Sabha secretariat on the same day the speaker had expressed displeasure over the February 27 incident in which Haryana police officers and CRPF personnel entered the assembly premises jumping over the security cordon.
Moreover it is noteworthy that the February 27 incident of security breech was not isolated but recently Dharmshala Tapovan Assembly complex was also knocked by pro-khalistani activists to deface the assembly gate by Khalistani wall writing.
