MBBS Admission on forged ground, IGMC Principal lodges FIRÂ

Raising questions mark on foolproof admission in the state Medical Colleges, Indra Gandhi Medical College Principal has lodged an FIR against a student for being successful in getting admission in IGMC Shimla through forgery and cheating.
In the matter, an has been FIR registered under section 420,467 , 468,471 IPC on Kartik Sharma s/o Sh. Dinesh Kumar.
The said accused bearing Roll No. 1601020708 got admission in MBBS course under State Quota during the 1st Round of counseling and was allotted IGMC Shimla by Atal Medical Research University Ner Chowk Mandi on 03/11/22.
While uploading the data on NMC Online Portal of admitted candidate, it has come to the notice that the Roll Number, Name, Score Card and rest of the contents of NEET UG Score Card are not matching with the information already uploaded in the NMC Website.
The Student is already attending classes, succeeded to bluff the IGMC and University by sucessfully tampering with the elegibility documents from the NMC website.
The student belongs to Ghumerwin area of Bilaspur District of Himachal Pradesh. The IGMC Principal has cancelled the admission after verifying the NEET record of the students. It is also interesting that accused students downloaded the NEET certificate of one girl students and later faked the same.
