Panchkula resident victim of clerical error wrongly challanned in HP: SP
Shimla, June 21
A Panchkula resident Seema Bishnoi, wife of Mr. Chandra Mohan, Resident House No. 906, Sector-8 Panchkula, Haryana was wrong challenged of vehicle number HR 03Y – 1009.
Superintendent of police Sirmaur written a letter to victim that Chief Judicial Magistrate has issued the warning to supervisory sub inspector Rajat Kumar to be careful in future for clerical error.
It has been alleged in the complaint letter that Rajat Kumar, the supervisory sub-inspector working in Police Station Kala Amb, had wrongly challaned the complainant’s vehicle no HR3Y-1009 instead of HR 3Y-1099.
After which matter was placed in the court of CJM Nahan who drop proceeding in the challan of vehicle number HR03Y-1009 on 13.05.2023.
After receipt of the order, the above challan has also been adjusted in the e-challan application. In this regard, a warning has been issued to the supervisory sub-inspector Rajat Kumar to be careful in future.
