Shimla, Feb 22
A person sitting in the officer gallery shooting video in Himachal Pradesh assembly was caught red handed by Congress member Sanjay Rattan and speaker ordered arrest of this person immediately terming it the violation of the assembly rules.
The incident took place when the Chief Minister was giving a reply of the budget discussion on Thursday evening. On taking notice Congress member Sanjay Rattan pointed out that a officer sitting in the officer gallery was seen shooting a video when opposition was staging walkout from the house.
Speaker ordered that the person should be arrested and his mobile phone should be confiscated. Chief Minister condemned the incident and stated that it is not allowed.
