Shimla, July 13
Even after a week of search and rescue operation to trace the four missing persons in the cloudburst incidence at Village Chojh (Goah Nullah) Panchayat Challal Subdivision Kullu, all remain untraceable.
Spokesperson of state government Sudesh Mokta said in a media report here today that the four persons are still missing from the incident occurred on July 6, 2022. He said that search and rescue teams of Police, SDRF and Local Volunteers remained deployed from 6 am to 7 pm on Wednesday but could not succeed in finding any trace of the missing.
The missing persons have been identified as Rohit from Sundernagar, Kapil from Rajastan, Rahul Chaudhary from Kangra (Dharamshala)
and Arjun from Banjar(Kullu).
He said that a flash flood also occurred at Bhagot near Kuh Mujwad, Tehsil Ghumarwin of Bilaspur district on July 8, 2022 in which three Cowsheds, each buffalos & 10 Goats have been washed away from incident site.
