Finally the wait for the council of ministers in HP Government is going to get over as a oath taking ceremony for the Same as been scheduled at the Rajbhawan on January 8 at 10:00 AM.
A press release issued from Rajbhavan late on Saturday that on January 8 at 10 am Çabinet expension is to take place at Rajbhavan.
Himachal Pradesh Governor who is going to ten days holiday would be available till 11 am on January 8 therfore cabinet expension schedule at 10 am at Rajdarbar of the bhavan.
Likelihood is that ten new members are expected to beinducted in the council of ministers as including CM and Deputy Chief minister Mukesh Agnihotri there could be total of 12 members in the council of ministers.
It is worthwhile to mention that Sukhu returned from Delhi here this evening after two day visit to AICC headquarter.
Sukhu met with HP Congress in-charge Rajiv Shukla and AICC general secretary Venu Gopal at NCR on Saturday. Sukhu stated after arriving here today that he handed over the list of ten members of council of ministers likely to be Inducted which is likely to be finalized late night to induct in the council of ministers.
The party would ensure the balance of Paralimentary Constituency, District Schedule caste and tribes, he stated.
Since no woman has been elected from the Congress therefore HPCC Presidency is to remain with Pratibha Singh.
Her son Vikramaditya Singh who is 2nd time MLA from Shimla Urban is likely to be inducted in the council of ministers. Among the most prominent who could be inducted are Harashvardhan Chauhan, Jagat Singh Negi, DR Shandil, Rajesh Dharmani, Sunder Thakur, Sudhir Sharma, Chander Kumar, Rajinder Rana and and Vikramaditya and Rohit Thakur.
