Western disturbance likely to affect SA -Netherland world cup matchÂ

The South Africa-Netherland ICC World cup match at International Cricket Stadium Dharmshala is likely to be affected by the prevailing western disturbance as it was raining and the match likely to be begin with a delay of half an hour from 1430 hrs.
According to spokesperson of Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association spokespersons Mohit Sood the match was scheduled to be began at 1400 hrs on October 17 between SA and Netherland but it may delayed by half an hour. The toss was scheduled to be held at 1330 hrs but it was delayed till 1400 hrs.
The Dhualdhar ranges are also overcast by the thick clouds and it was snowing. Dharmshala had 20.3 mm rainfall till 0830 hrs this morning. The minimum temperature plunged down by four degrees of yesterday as it was 11 degrees Celsius.
All other tourists resort Including Shimla, Manali and Dalhousie are also having good spells of rain and light to moderate snow (on high reaches) increasing the cold-wave in the state .
According to HPCA the match likely to be completed as now weather is showing slight improvement. The Indian Meteorological department issued yellow alert in most place in the state and Orange alert in the high alert. Clouds are hovering in the sky however visibility was sufficient. The Dharmshala successfully hosted first world cup match on October 7 between South Africa and Bangladesh. Next match scheduled at Dharmshala is between India vs New Zealand on October 22.
