Video of waving swords goes viral: 4 accused arrest for hooliganism

Initiating prompt action in a case of hooliganism and assault outside Sadwan police post under police district Nurpur in Himachal Pradesh’s Kangra district, Nurpur police have arrested four accused.
The accused have been identified as Kalbhush, resident of Pandrehad, Sanjeevan Singh, resident of village Lakhnat, Pradeep Rana, resident of Luharpara, Rohit Rana, resident of Luharpara, Noorpur.
Complainant Anil Kumar, son of Balveer Singh, resident of Sadwan, has accused the accused named in this complaint of attacking him and his brother Narendra with a sword and making an attempt to kill them by crushing them with a vehicle. On this, the police arrested all four accused and registered a case under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1) of the Arms Act.
On Wednesday, there was an altercation in Sadwan due to some old rivalry between the two sides. Meanwhile, the accused attacked the complainant Anil Kumar and his brother Narendra.
When the complainant along with his brother reached Sadwan police post, the accused also chased them in a filmy style and reached the police post in a car and started waving swords outside the post. Where the lady constable posted at the post, showing her agility, immediately closed the main gate of the police post.
Otherwise the accused armed with sharp weapons could have carried out any untoward incident. The police presented the four accused arrested in this case in the Noorpur court on Thursday. From where all four accused were sent to police remand for five days.
On the other hand, SP Nurpur Ashok Ratan said that such mischievous elements will not be spared under any circumstances. Police have arrested four accused after registering the case.
