Himachal Pradesh High court in its notification issued on Feb 9 directed all subordinate courts in the state to start regular function from Feb 15 following Covid guidelines.
The notification issued by the HP High Court Registrar General that considering constant decline in the COVID-19 positive cases and supersession of all previous notification(s) and office orders of subordinate courts, it is hereby ordered that all subordinate courts in state of Himachal Pradesh shall start their regular function with effect from Feb 15, 2021 as per practice and procedure.
All District and Session judges of the concerned civil and session divisions shall ensure that all the guidelines and instructions issued for Covid-19, issued by Central and State Government and Himachal Pradesh High court are observed time to time.
All subordinate courts had suspended hearing and regular function following announcement of lock down since Mar 23 last year, baring special cases and emergency matters were being heard by the court virtually.
