Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Rajiv Saizal today conducted a surprise inspection of the corona ward in the e-block of IGMC and reviewed the various arrangements established for the corona patients.
On this occasion, after talking to senior doctors on duty, he took information about the care, food and hygiene system of the patient coming to the corona ward.
The Health Minister provided information about various problems faced by the nursing staff on duty and also visited the Corona Center set up in the e-block.
Principal Rajneesh Pathania and Medical Superintendent Janak Raj informed the Health Minister about the control room set up at IGMC. He said that video calling has been arranged for the corona patient in every floor, so that any family member can interact with the corona patient through video calling.
Talking to IGMC staff, the Health Minister said that he is a friend along with your minister. Any problems coming to the hospital will be solved with immediate effect. He also inspected the site of the 40 and 17 bed MAC shift hospital to be built here and inquired about the progress of work.
On this occasion, the Health Minister held a meeting with the administrative officials of the hospital, in which the topic of redressal of problems was discussed at the local level. He told that any problem coming to the hospital should be informed to us as soon as possible so that it can be resolved with immediate effect.
