Shimla, Feb 26
Number of houses came under the wrap of a devastating fire in Oddu village of Nankhari Tehsil of Rampur subdivision. Sky touching infernos created furry in the area on Thursday evening.
Superintendent of Police Shimla Mohit Chawla said that fire mishap affected dozen families causing loss is of Rs 1.5 Cr. Around 41 rooms were gutted in fire including a, temple. Immediate relief of Rs 48000 was given to affected families. No loss of live was reported in the incident. Fire tenders were pressed to the spot From Rampur, Bhavanagar and Rohru.
The cause of fire is being ascertain.
