Himachal Pradesh High Bar Association convened a meeting on the complaint of two bar members that they were misbehaved and falsely implicated in the cases .
A notice issued by the President of HPHCBA Nareshwer Singh Chandel here today said that Bar has received an application from Jyotika Sharma Advocate, member HP High Court Bar Association, alleging therein that the DGP Himachal Pradesh Sanjay Kundu has misbehaved with her and has falsely implicated her in a case under sections 107 & 151 of Cr.PC.
Notice said that Adv. Sharma has also annexed with her complaint the videos of the entire incident in a pen drive.
“After going through the video so supplied by her it is apparent that the DGP Himachal Pradesh has misused his position and has acted like a ‘thanedar’ and complainant himself on the spot.” HC bar President said.
Another complaint has been received from Advocate, member H.P. High Court Bar Association, Mohan Sharma against the Registrar Cooperative Society Rajesh Sharma.
In view of the aforesaid complaints an emergent meeting of the Bar is called for Aug 24 at 1300hrs.
Adv. Sharma and Adv. Mohan Sharma are requested directed to be remained present in the Bar Room during the course of the meeting.
