Higher reaches of the Lahaul-Spiti, Kullu, Chamba and Mandi districts received snowfall on Sunday and downstream were lashed by the rainfall. Gondala in Lahaul-Spiti got three centimetres of snow. High reaches of Manali, Jalori pass of Kullu, Manimahesh of Chamba and Shikari Devi of Mandi receive light snowfall, increasing the downstream’s coldwave. Dalhousie had 13 mm of rain, Gulyani-11mm, Chamba-8 mm, Saloni-6 mm, Kheri-5 mm and, Kukumseri two mm. The Minimum temperature of Keylong was zero degrees. The Met Office forecasts rain or snow in a few places of High reaches and rain in isolated areas in mid hills in the next 24 hrs.
