HP police SIT to pursue ‘Red corner notice’ to deport 200 Cr crypto currency fraud mastermind

The Special Investigation Team (SIT) established by the state government to investigate a massive Rs 200 Crore crypto currency fraud has taken decisive steps to bring the mastermind to justice. The SIT is now pursuing a red corner notice with Interpol to apprehend the key figure behind this elaborate scam.
A Police spokesperson said that the mastermind Subhash Sharma is hiding at Dubai to be deported to India as SIT is moving ahead with red corner notice with the Interpol.
In a media comminique they stated that the SIT, which has been tirelessly working to uncover the truth behind this fraudulent scheme. In an extensive operation, approximately 35 locations were searched, including residential premises in various districts such as Kangra, Mandi, Una, Chamba, Hamirpur, Bilaspur, Shimla, and Baddi. The search net extended to Punjab and Chandigarh as well.
These searches have yielded vital evidence, including incriminating documents, property records, mobile phones, and digital devices. Furthermore, the team has confiscated vehicles and obtained valuable information related to the proceeds of the crime.
The SIT remains unwavering in its determination to bring the orchestrators of this crypto currency scam to justice. Their actions, which manipulated the market and victimized innocent investors, will not go unpunished, claimed the State Police.
The evidence collected during these searches will be pivotal in the ongoing investigation, bringing us closer to holding the culprits accountable for their actions. Our commitment to a thorough and impartial inquiry leaves no stone unturned in our pursuit of justice, they stated.
