To address the eight-year completion in power Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at Annandale Heliped of Shimla around 1100 hrs on Tuesday. On arrival , he was welcomed by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur and Governor RS Arelkar.
Later he attended a roadshow on the Mall road from the Central telegraph office to the Ladies’ park. The prime minister leaving his convey behind, walked on foot from CTO to Ladies park along with CM and Governor. He was facilitated by locals and BJP supporters during this walk show. Wherein PM Modi walked past, waving his hand, and the crowd showered the path with flower petals. After a nearly one kilometre long stroll, he finally reached the venue on the Ridge, where he interacted with the beneficiaries of Central sponsor schemes like Kissan Saman
