Himachal Pradesh Police after four days of recovering of a unidentified body in a jungle have sorted the mysterious gory crime .
Police is interogating a local resident Shyam Singh in the matter as a Nepali workers was reportedly lynched after some altercation and later consigned to fire in the jungle. Police is interogating a local residents who run laundry in the outskirts Devimorh of Theog.
However, daughters of accused Shyam Singh in media brief have denied any involvement of their father in the crime.
Preliminary investigation revealed that deceased was killed with a iron road before setting him in the fire. CPI(M) MLA from Theog Rakesh Singha submitted memorandum to Superintendent of Police Shimla Mohit Chawla demanding probe into the mysterious consignment of the body by the some unknown persons .
A team of police led by SHO Theog inspected the place in the jungle where body was burnt down secretly and collected the testimonies.
