Short circuit causes Fire at Lakkar Bazar Bakery Shop 

Shimla, May 6

A major fire broke out in Tripti Bakers at Lakkar Bazar in Shimla on Saturday morning, but was fortunately controlled by two fire tenders from Mall Road. According to a police officer, the fire was reported at around 0715 hrs, and the cause has been determined to be a short circuit. No casualties were reported.

After the arrival of the fire tenders at the scene, the infernos were brought under control, and one fire tender returned to Mall Road. The other fire tender and fire brigade personnel remained at the spot to ensure the situation was completely under control.

The incident has caused a scare among the local residents, but the prompt action of the fire department prevented any loss of life. The cause of the fire has been identified as a short circuit, and investigations are underway to determine the extent of damage caused to the bakery shop.
