Three youth from Punjab lose life in a road accident which occurred on the Shoghi-Mehli bypass road at Bhong in outskirt of this capital town late night. This was confirmed by the State disaster Management authority spokesperson.
According to information, a Mahindra Maxim vehicle carrying four youth rolled off the road about 900 meters downhill in the dark of last night. In this incident, three people died on the spot and another was minor injured and was referred to IGMC Shimla for the medical treatment.
Deceased were identified as Krishan s/o Chandiya R/o Bhangal, Nangal (30) Punjab (Driver), Amar (18) S/O Jaile Singh R/o Bhangal and Rajveer (16) S/o Aitwari R/o Machiwada, Ludhiana. Lakhan (31) S/o Balka R/O Bhangal, Nangal is hospitalized. The mishasp occurred around 9 pm on Monday. The bodies of the deceased was evacuated from the spot and is being handed over to their relatives after post-mortem.
