Shimla/Keylong, July 28 at 1330hours
As many as seven bodies have been recovered from Tozing nallah of Lahaul & Spiti district. As per DDMA three are still missing , whereas two have been injured in the flash flood incidence on Tuesday evening. Meanwhile as per a fresh update, the four persons reported drowned in the Manikaran flash flood incidence still remain missing.
Rains have been spelling havoc in many parts of the State, as number of incidences of flash flood, cloud bursts have been reported in the last 24 hours.
