As many as 18 new cases were traced in Kangra, Hamirpur, Solan, Una and Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh today increasing the tally upto
331 in the state, senior Government Officials said.
Additional Chief Secretary Health and Nodal Officer of Covid -19 R D Dhiman said that eight new cases were found positive in Kangra district, four each in Hamirupr and Solan district and one each in Una and Kullu of Himachal .
Deputy Commissioner Hamirpur, Harikesh Meena said that four more positive Corona cases
detected in the district, the total numbers of CORONA positive cases in the district has risen to 111.
He said that six persons were found positive on May 30th.
He said that all these four persons were put under institutional quarantine at various centers after their arrival from Delhi and Gautam Budha Nagar (Noida).
Those found positives were: 40 years Male from Jangal village, and was under institutional quarantine at Bakarti , 23 years Male also of , Jangal village and was also under , institutional quarantine at Bakarti , 52 years Male from Shashan village of Bhareri , and was under institutional quarantine at Bhareri and finally another 32 years Female of Dhamrol village was under institutional quarantine at Bhareri.
Meena has advised the people who were being released from institutional quarantine centers to their homes not to mingle with other people including their family members and observe the quarantine period gracefully so that the Corona virus threat was avoided forever.
He said that two people were recovered in the distirct today now the total number of active cases remained 80 in the district and 30 recovered.
.Deputy Commissioner Kangra Rakesh Prajapati said that eight tested positive in Kangra are a 30 yrs old man from Dari, Dharamshala, 51 yrs man from Village and post office Sandu of Tehsil Shahpur and his 17 years old son.
He said that a 47 yrs old man and his 9 yrs old son belonging to Kulhan Tehsil of Nurpur found positive.
A Two yrs old Child of village Mijhgran of Nurpur and 27 yrs old man of village Bari and Tehsil Khundian .
All seven were in Institutional quarantine. Jawalamukhi tested positive today. They return from Delhi on May 27.
All being shifted to District Covid Care Centre Baijnath. He said that samples were collected on May 29 and tested positive today.
He said that a 6yrs old female children having travel history of Mumbai ( May 24) and currently staying in Institutional Quarantine Paraur tested positive. Now the patient is also shifted at District Covid Care Centre Dadh along with mother who is already positive.
Four recovered in the district with this total number of Covid cases increased to 87 in Kangra and active cases 54. 32 people recovered in the district.
Additional Chief Secretary Health R D Dhiman said that one new case was traced in Una district increasing number of Covid-19 case to 38 including 18 active. One person was recovered in the district today increasing the cured to 20.
A family of six members from Jaon village of Nirmand in Kullu district return from Delhi on May 19 . The head of family 65yrs old man found positive today. His wife,Son and Daughter in law are tested negative.
It is the second case of pandemic in Kullu district one was already recover.
Dhiman said that among four people tested positive identified as two belonged to Benalgi area of Chandi, one each of Parwanoo and Nalagarh.
In Solan district tally of Covid positive cases increased to 30 and 18 positive cases. With recovery of two people in the district now eight people have been cured .
Two people recovered from the Pandemic as 19 People cured in the district
In the state Covid positive cases increased to 331 including 206 active and 116 people cured in the state.
State recorded death of six people and four people affected with epidemic migrated to others state.
