After registration of 24 new cases of Covid-19 in Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday, Corona Virus tally mounted to 445 in the state however 28 samples taken from police headquarter today including Director General Police were found negative .
Additional Chief Secretary Health and state Nodal officer of COVID-19 R D Dhiman said that among the 24 new cases eight reported from Sirmaur, Six from Kangra, five in Kangra two of Bilaspur and one each from Shimla, Mandi and Hamirpur.Â
He said that 22 patients recovered in the state during their subsequent testing after they have tested negative .
He said that five new samples were tested positive in Una district increased total number of cases to 54 and active cases 19 and recovered 25.
A 51 yrs old man belongs to Ladbhadol of Mandi district who returned from Gurrugram along with his wife tested positive at Nerchowk microbiology lab in Mandi district
He was shifted to Shifted to Covid Care Centre Dangisidhar after he was tested positive. Wife of the patient and a driver of Taxi were taken to Institutiinal Quarantine at Sundernagar.
With tracing of a fresh case in Mandi district on Tuesday total number of Covid infected people increased to 22 including 11 active cases and nine recovered . Two patients were died of the pandemic in the district.Â
In Shimla one case was tested positive however 28 samples taken from Police headquarters including DGP were tested negative but one sample is being repeated for the test.
Senior Medical Superintendent of IGMC Dr Janak Raj said that two samples of Bilaspur was tested positive today .
Dhiman said that a sample taken on Monday tested positive in Shimla district.
 Number of cases increased to 14 and active five. Eight patient recovered from the Pandemic in the district and one died sofar.
In Bilaspur district a woman belonged to Village Kathlog in Ghumarwin returned from Delhi recently. Another man belonged to village Bari Tehsil Ghumarwin returned from Dubai also tested positive. Both of them were in instutional Quarantine Facility
Deputy Commissioner Kangra Rakesh Prajapati confirmed that six cases were registered in Kangra district .Â
Among the positive include a man belonged to Chowali area of Kangra who returned from Delhi and was in institutional quarantine at Vani .
Two men belong  to Kharotbhala and Nora area of Kangra returned frm Ludhiayana and Chandigarh were in quarantine centre Dhalyara. They were sent in Covid care centre Dhud .Â
Similarly two other men  belonged to Harchakiyana and Saluni area who are staying in institutional quarantine Parour and returned from Delhi  and a resident of Takipur and also returned from Dehli are tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2, later three were shifted in Covid care centreBaijnath,  DC said. Â
He said that four patients were kept in the CCC Baijnath were found negative . Total number of Covid cases in the Kangra district now increased to 115 including 51 active cases and 63 recovered one persons died of Covid-19 in the district.Â
Deputy Commissioner Sirmaur Dr R K Purthi said that in addition to one case of Covid -19 reported on Monday, eight new cases are traced in the district on Tuesday.  Â
He said that eight new cases increased the tally to 20 in the district and active cases to 16.Â
All new cases belonged to staff members and owners of Orison Pharma International Group.Â
Out of eight new cases seven hailed to Harayana and one belonged to Himachal .
Victims include a owner of firm, his wife and son, a youth working in Marketing unit( belonged to Bagh-Pashog area of Sirmaur district) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of firm belonged to Yamunanagar of Haryana, Two employees of Sadora and one of Narayangarh have tested positive, Deputy Commissioner informed.
The unit situated on the border of state and seven tested positive are currently residing in Haryana . One who is living in the state was shifted to Covid Care Centre Trilokpur Â
Deputy Commissioner Hamirpur Harikesh Meena said that one more Corona infected case was detected and ten old cases cured in Hamirpur district on Tuesday.
Meena said that the new positive case would be sent to COVID care center for isolation and treatment.
He said that the 35 yrs old and man had come from Jhansi in UP.
Meena said that the list of primary contacts of the new positive person was being verified and their sample be taken for COVID-19 tests.Â
With this, total number of positive cases in the district has risen to 124. 78 of them have been cured and most of them sent to their homes for Home quarantine, where as there are 45 active cases in the district and lodged at various COVID-19 care centers of the district. One of them had died recently.
With 24 new cases tally of Covid cases increased to 445 in the state and Active cases to 184 .Â
With the recovery of 22 patients in state today number of recovered cases increased to 246 in the state. Â Â Â
So far six people have died of virus in the hill state and four others shifted to outside the state.
