Today 19 people from the BBNÂ Â industrial area of Solan have been found to be infected with Corona. While some of these have come in primary contact with corona infects of this area, some people have been found positive after random sampling. This has been confirmed by District Health Officer NK Gupta.
Reportedly of the total 19 people corona infected, two are pregnant women. 5 are from Amravati Colony in Baddi. 4 people belong to Billawali and others are living in Baddi. The district health department and administration have now started looking their contact lists.

Also it pertinent to mention that most of these had no travel history. Moreoever it is informed that many of them were not in any quarantine.
After these new cases, the total number of infected corona in Solan has increased from 40 to 59 while active cases have reached 30. Here, 25 people have been cured in the district.

Earlier a 16 year old youth who died in Chamba due to unknown reasons was also tested positive had stated CMO Chamba Rajesh Guleri. Till date Chamba has recorded 38 cases, with 10 active. 27 have been cured so far, here.
In another, this morning a 39 year old from Joginder Nagar of Mandi district tested positive. The patient had driven in 2 taxis from Delhi with family members this morning. As the patient has been hospitalised at Dangsidhar CCC, the others accompanying him have been quarantined at Joginder Nagar.
