Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur who also hold the portfolio of finance would present financial year 2022-23 budget on March 4.
This was decided by the Council of Minsters meeting here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur also recommended the Governor to convene the budget session of H.P. Vidhan Sabha from 23rd February to 15th March, 2022. A Goverment Spokesperson said that Budget session would have a total 16 sittings. The budget for the financial year 2022-23 will be presented on 4th March, 2022. This would be fifth budget speech of Chief minister Jai Ram Thakur as the state would go for Assembly poll in the month of November this year.
