Himachal Pradesh’s capital town would be opened by the state government partly as the district fall in green zone issuing a movement plan for pedestrians here today.
Superintendent of police Shimla Om Pati Jamwal said in Shimla police Facebook page that they would allow movement of pedestrians one way during relaxation in the Curfew.
He said that tomorrow movement plan for pedestrian on Ridge and Mall would be according to maintaining social distancing.
He said that it would be one day trial and further course of action would depend on feedback received.
He said that Lower Bazar -One way movement from Shere Punjab to CTO is allowed.
Mall Road : One way movement is allowed from Scandle Point to Shimla Watch Company.
Shimla Watch Company to the Ridge : Only upward movement allowed.
Ridge to Mall via Rani Jhansi Park: Only downward movement allowed.
Stairs near HPMC : only downward movement allowedStairs near PAR :Only upward movement allowed.
Sabzi Mandi : one way as shown in picture as Police would guide you at all the points.
He said that rest of movement would be indicated in the flow plan issued with this post.
State Administeration decided to open all offices from tomorrow as all class -I & II officers would attend their respective offices and rest 30 per cent staff of Class-III & IV would be adjusted in two shifts.
