Shimla, May 14
Today, HP Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur said that the second man who had raised Khalistan flags and wall writings outside the Vidhan sabha campus at Dharamshala has also been arrested.
Thakur, in a message on twitter, has said the people of the state were united against disruptive forces.
