Sherco TVS Rally team has announced a four-rider squad for the Dakar rally, which is scheduled to take place between January 5 to 17, 2020 in Saudi Arabia. It includes Michael Metge (France), Lorenzo Santolino (Spain), Johnny Aubert (France), and Harith Noah (India).
Home boy Harith will be making his debut in the 42nd edition of the Dakar Rally. The rally will start from Jeddah and will pass through Riyadh, and culminate at Al Qiddiya.
Among the riders of the team, Aubert finished sixth in the Dakar 2018, Michael Metge will be participating the seventh time, while Santolino will make his second appearance.
Indian ace rider Aravind KP, who was part of the Sherco TVS Rally Factory team and finished the rally last year sustained a leg injury during his participation, due to which he won’t be able to participate in the upcoming edition of Dakar Rally.
