Shimla, May 28
Two patient under treatment for Mucormycosis at Indira Gandhi Medical College Hospital Shimla succumbed today victim were also suffering with Diabetic ketoacidosis and tested positive for nCoV. Senior Superintendent of IGMC Shimla Dr Janak Raj informed that two male black fungus patients died in the Hospital today.
Both the deceased were suffering from Diabetes Ketoacidosis and Mucormycosis also infected the brain. One of the deceased belonged to Hamirpur district was hospitalized on Thursday and other from Kasauli area of Solan district admitted on May 22.
About half dozen of Covid patients have contracted to novel corona virus and mycormucosis in the state.
