Tally of Covid 19 has increased to 295 cases as 13 new Corona virus infected cases tested today. Eight persons tested positive in Hamirpur and five persons tested positive in Kangra district.
With the detection of eight more Corona infected persons in the Himrpur total numbers of such persons in the district has risen to 101.
Now the active cases stand at 87 and 13 people have been cured and one died recently.
Deputy Commissioner, Harikesh Meena confirmed that three more Corona positive cases have been detected in Hamirpur district today thereby raising today’s tally to eight. Five cases were found in the morning hours today.
Those found positive in the evening were Delhi returnees and were 27 years old male from Bir-Bagehra, Thirty-seven years old male from Nalwai (Galore) and 55 years old male from Kalwal village of Bijheri. They were under institutional quarantine at Deotsidh and Mahre respectively.Â
Deputy Commissioner said that these five persons were under institutional quarantine at different centers.
Those found positive in the morning: 34 years Male, from Bakarti (Hamirpur) (Delhi Returned, under institutional quarantine@ Bakarti School), 31 years Male and 28 years Female, (husband- wife) Mahal (Hamirpur) (Ahmadabad returned, institutional quarantine@ Degree College Nadaun).
32 years Female from Gagal (Nadaun) (Mumbai returned, institutional quarantine@ identified local Hotel, Nadaun) and 57 years Male, from Tikkari Tauni Devi (Kota area, Rajasthan returned, institutional quarentine@Laliyar School)
He said that their samples were collected on 26 May and results came today morning. Meena said that they were being shifted to District Covid care centers for treatment and isolation and their primary contacts were also being traced.Â
Deputy Commissioner Kangra Rakesh Prajapati said that four persons at Institutional Quarantine Parour having travel history from Thane,Maharashtra tested positive today. They are being shifted to Dadh DCCC.
They include 42 yrs old man from Sanghol, 33 yrs old from Gadhran and 27yrs old Man from Thural.
He said that One patient 75 yrs old man came from Delhi four days back has renal failure and on dialysis , presently at Home Querantine in Thural tested positive.Â
He is being shifted to Nerchowk Medical college, Mandi.
Total number of COVID-19 cases increased to 74 in the district and active cases to49 .
In the state total number of COVID-19 postive cases increased to 295 including 204 active cases. State recorded six death of Pandemic sofar.
