A 1988 batch Indian Forest Service Officer and Himachal Pradesh, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests , Wildlife – cum – Chief Wildlife Warden Ajay Srivastava, IFS (HP : 1988 ) was appointed as Principal Chief Conservator of Forests ( Head of Forest Force ) in a notification issued here today. Notification issued by Chief secretary Subhag Singh said that Himachal Pradesh Governor approved the appointments if Srivastava as new HOFF on January 23. He was was posted in the Apex Scale – Level 17 of the Pay Matrix le 2,25,000 / – ( fixed ) , with immediate effect , in the public interest.
The post of HOFF had fallen vacant after retirement of Dr Savita about post six months ago. Srivastava would also be replaced as Principal Chief Conservator of Forests , Wildlife – cum – Chief Wildlife Warden , Himachal Pradesh , Shimla by Rajiv Kumar , IFS ( HP : 1988 ) currently posted as Managing Director , H.P. State Forest Development Corporation Development with immediate effect , in the public interest.
