One more tested positive has reportedly lost life today. A 21 year old boy was undergoing treatment for Kidney ailment and had returned recently from Delhi.
His samples were tested positive today at Lal Bhadur Shashtri Goverment Medical College at Mandi. He was referred to IGMC Shimla on Monday night due to need for dialysis, whereby sample were taken before he was refered to Shimla.
Now, total COVID positive cases in HP have risen to 42 with two deaths. 34 have been recovered so far. The case day belongs to Brarta village of the Sarkaghat region of Mandi district . Till date total 7543 samples have been tested in the state.
Today 472 samples were tested in the state 158 negative and 313 results are awaited. So far 15777 people have been under surveillance and 8946 are under Active surveillance and 6831 have completed the 28 days quarantine period.
