Sequence of Corona positive cases continue in Mandi district for the second day of phase 3 lockdown.
Here a 21 year old kidney patient of Sarkaghat subdivision found positive today. Mandi district, a green zone from long period, now have two Corona positive cases. Positive person died in IGMC today when he was under treatment.
According to information received from health department the 21 years patient from Sarkaghat subdivision village Brardta was admitted in Hospital for treatment of kidney disease on 4th May but due to Corona symptom doctors took his sample and refered him to Shri Lal bahadur Shastri Medical College and Hospital Nerchowk on Monday. After preliminary treatment SLBSGMCH refered this patient to IGMC Shimla.
On Tuesday, this patient died and his sample report was found Corona positive in primilinary testing. CMO Mandi doctor Jevanand Chauhan confirmed that first report is found positive. We are going to test sample again to confirm the result, he added. The patient was suffering from kidney disease and had came back from Delhi where he was undergoing treatment.
